Full-Time Chef Required
We are looking for a motivated + experienced full time Chef to come work with us in our busy kitchen
Experience is obviously preferred but more importantly you must be passionate about and experienced in the following -
working with fresh ingredients
a genuine passion for food and an avid follower of modern food trends
Brunch service
delivering awesome customer service + satisfaction
any baking experience - definitely an advantage!
Your core responsibilities will depend on your experience but will include -
preparing + cooking a variety of brunch + lunch dishes to a high standard
plating up food with attention to detail + ensuring consistency in all dishes served
collaborating with the Team to develop innovative menu ideas + specials
taking instruction but able to use your own initiative
cleaning down kitchen at end of shifts
adhering to all relevant Food Hygiene and Health + Safety standards at all times
assisting with orders + stock control
You will also be reliable + mature, friendly + approachable; capable of working under pressure, and definitely be able to multi-task
You will receive an excellent, competitive salary, depending on your experience

Full Time / Part Time Kitchen Porter
We are looking for a full-time KP. We are currently open Tuesday - Saturdays. Sundays + Mondays closed. Day shifts only, no evening work. Previous experience preferred. Parx is a very busy cafe and candidates will be required to be able to carry out basic food prep and a wide range of cleaning duties involving a lot of manual handling. Excellent rate of pay for the right candidate. Both full and part time positions available. Staff meals provided. Immediate start.

We pride ourselves on serving super tasty, freshly made food + cakes, and brewing up great coffee in a relaxed and friendly environment. We’re open Tuesday to Friday 8am to 330pm, and Saturdays 9am to 330pm, so the perks of the job include no evening work, and every Sunday and Monday off the clock.
